Microsoft TechNet Magazine article series on VDI in Windows Server 2012, now online!

As announced earlier on this blog I’m co-authoring a series of articles on VDI in Windows Server 2012 together with Kristin Griffin (also RDS MVP).

The series will start by covering an introduction to VDI, how to set up the basic deployment and will later on go into great detail on many post-deployment configurations to make the VDI deployment enterprise ready.

Test lab guides for RDS in Windows Server 8 Beta

Microsoft released several test lab guides to get you started with setting up Remote Desktop Services on Windows Server 8 Beta in a lab environment. If you used the labs you can give feedback on the lab pages by rating it and adding a comment.

Init (be-init.nl) is live! (Dutch)


Vandaag is er een nieuwe community live gegaan onder de naam Init, bereikbaar onder http://www.be-init.nl/. Zoals wellicht inmiddels bekend gaat het Microsoft tijdschrift TechNet Magazine niet meer periodiek worden uitgegeven. Init wordt daar de nieuwe online variant van.
